“say no to war” virus - a screen saver that automatically pops up every minute for 10 seconds, or every 5 minutes for 30, saying, “If this is annoying, try having your little sister be collateral damage of the US bombs No War”.

A friend of mine suggested this, does something like this already exist or is it being worked on? If not does anyone out their with the ability to do want to start it?
