protester jumps on Blair tonight by Parliment

protester confronts Blair near Parliment and is wresteled to the ground leaving Blair looking shaken.

This evening at about 7:45pm as me and a friend were making our way along the embankment towards Parliment square and just before we reached Big Ben we were asked by a copper to wait a moment and as we were trying to assertain from him if perhaps some miner minister may be on their way out making a swift and stealthy exit from Parliment this copper says "you'll see soon enough". Two moments later Tony fucking Blair comes bounding down the steps of this building (opposite Parliment where the shops and tube entrance is) with his body guards making his way to his car just after addressing his cronies. Before anyone could do a thing my mate had confronted Blair by shouting "Tony, Tony" and grabing him in a bear hug! She held on and shouted at him not to continue with his quest for war while being bundled to the ground by three body guards. Blair quickly got in his car and made a getaway while we were amazed to be told to leave by the police! I can't belive we never got nicked cos my friend had grabed Blair round his chest, and they let her walk! I'm shocked at what happened it was so sureal and we made the Prime minister listen for a moment can't belive it happened but he certainly wasn't expecting that!.. see yer on the streets!!!

a better approach

A better approach might have been for your friend not to have grabbed Tony in a bear hug, but to have straight away gone down on him, and give him some head. Thus distracted, this would have allowed you yourself, some time to reason with the man. He might have even called Two Jags to come out as well. Make love not war,..and all that jizz.

NO threat

Well, the last time I checked it wasnt a criminal offence to go up to someone and say their name, give them a hug and give them reasonable advice about something. Of course the bodyguards are going to be jumpy as there are people out there that might try and kill a politian, particularly one disliked as much as Blair, but seeing no offences were actually committed, why would you be arrested?

Had she started screaming 'you're an evil cunt' (public order shouldnt really apply if the abuse you sling is true should it?!) and making a move to grab him, it would more likely have been a totally differant response from his cronies.
