Leeds Anti-War Protest

My views of the Leeds anti war march.

First of all let me say the trains on the Manchester-York line were seriously stuffed up this morning, meaning both protests would have fewer numbers than they could have. We're not talking the same problems as Glasgow, but trains were still delayed between 20minutes and an hour.
So, with slightly fewer numbers in Leeds than there should have been but with the weather being beautiful I had a great day.
For those of you at Mardi Gras the past two years, today's Iraqi flag was bigger than the rainbow one. Those of you not at Mardi Gras - thats big.
If you were there, then I was near the loud Muslims from Leeds most of the time. They were doing a good job at shouting various anti-american/anti-israeli/anti-blair slogans. My favourite being the Beatles tune, "We all live in a terrorist regime".
In total I would guess there were 2000 people at the Leeds protest, but I wasn't involved in logistics and the police helicopter would have a better (though biased) idea.
My new well-made US flag got photo'd several times, and was going to be put up here - but I ended up giving it away to somebody.
