By the way - Kate Holcombe is in court Thursday 13th March 9.45 Cirencester Magistrates Court (at The Forum, GL7 2PG) for £8300.00 damages to the gate that day. Apparently she pulled it down by herself! So don't mess with Kate.

Real reason they grabbed her for the gate was to get her off G10 Bomber Watch which she started up with Nick Barry.

Any support at court would be most welcome.

I liked the video too, but I wonder why it didn't report on any of the direct action that took place that day... I got left with a bloody nose after the police attacked some of the people engaged in direct action, but the GWI video doesn't bother (except for one 4 sec shot of someone atop a fence) trying to show the reality of this. Lots of nice fluffiness, shame about the death and destruction war causes. Liked the bit where the woman at the end mentions flying kites to stop the planes taking off - remember the bloke at the peace camp who was served a court injunction to prevent him flying his kite more than 2 feet off the ground? Fluffiness is fine, but what about being more even-handed with people who are prepared to take direct action against a system that recognises no restraint when it comes to dealing with its own dissenters?
