As all eyes are turned to Iraq, Kristen Ess reports on the most recent of regular attacks on the Gaza Strip, where in this week alone, over 70 Palestinians have been killed. 8min 29sec
Last night between 12 and 5 in the morning the Israeli military attacked the Jabaliya refugee camp….. they also attacked Beit Hanoun by land and by air…… many people tried to help a family trapped in their house… Israeli military shot into the crowd….medic shot in the leg …. people came running over to help the medic get the boy off the ground, when they picked him up the saw that the boy had no face….. two Reuters camera men were shot….. over 140 injured… hospitals over capacity…. short on medical supplies… 11 Palestinians murdered, three are children …smell like New York after September 11…in Rafah, Khan Younis children shot at regularly….There is nowhere safe for anyone here in the Gaza Strip….
