Mori Garbage from the Sun!

Pegasus | 05.03.2003 21:03

My personal point of view regarding the trash from Murdoch's evil media empire!

Just like to say since you people are too lazy to post it on Indymedia I will instead. Now according to a Mori poll conducted by the trash paper I wouldn't even use as toilet paper 'The Sun' states that 75%(oh please!) of the population back the war on Iraq.
To add to it when I saw SKY News the other day 75%( Yes again!) state the people back a war with Iraq without UN approval. It is of no surprise considering the trash coming from Blair's cronies and Rupert Murdochs evil media empire.

These polls are clearly rigged just to fool the majority in supporting the war on Iraq and a desperate pathetic attempt by that idiot Blair who is on his last legs and on borrowed time. This rubbish is clearly an insult to peoples intelligence and this Mori Poll nonsense has no credibility in all honesty and is not the last time they will rig the polls just to make Blair stand out as a winner infact he is a loser!

If people back the war on Iraq with or without UN approval then how comes millions of people voice strong opposition to the war on Iraq Hmmm? What Mori does in fact it only asks a handfull of readers of their opinions but they like us don't represent the majority view of the people.

My suggestion would be to barrage them much hate mail to SKY news and all the other trash media to let these idiots know we are not fooled still by their sick propaganda. The only exception would be the Daily Mirror in this case since it is the only paper that is against this war even though is not best I still would give it praise for its stance on this matter.

Incase Harlequin is reading this I suggest you get your facts right before you say 'We are losing the War argument!'
Odd since it is the other way round and Blair is on the ropes here waiting for the ref to stop the fight before he is knocked out cold on the floor because he's days as Prime Mininster are numbered.

As for Iain (Bald headed fool!) Duncan Smith you can forget about being Prime Minister since you are no better! You are Thatchers little boy with no brains in your pathetic body.

What about Charles Kennedy you ask? Well the answer is at least he has the guts to say something against this war as he put it 'War should be used as a last resort!' I could not agree more here and as I recall correctly the Lib Dems were there for that anti-war rally on F15 (I don't mean the fighter Plane I mean 15 Febuary 2003!) which is commendable and I salute them for it and as for the Tories well I have not seen them in the rally but then not all Tory MPs are like Iain Duncan Smith either to be fair on that one. Even though they are not Saints at least Kenneth Clarke and John Gummer stood up in Parliament and said they are against the war which is nice to see come to think of it.

Here is something light hearted for a change, now since I love the Pink Panther films with legendary Peter Sellers I thought might as well have some paraphrases of that crazy Chief Inspector Drefuss what he would say about Bush and Blair.
Here they are I hope you like them:

1 :'Give me ten men like Bush and Blair I could destroy the world'

2 :'Bush and Blair gone to Iraq! They have destroyed two trucks and a swimming pool! Today a paradise...Tommorow a wasteland! Those niconpoops!'

3 :' Please God if someones been murdered let it be Bush and Blair hmmm!'

Since Dreyfuss hated Clausu so much I might as well done do a version of Dreyfuss hating Bush and Blair so much instead. As you can see they have been borrowed by the Pink Panther movies which I still love them to this day because they are so hilarious and are classics.

A final note lets not give up against this proganda machine by Murdoch and Blair because if we do the blood of every Iraqi will be on our hands.

and The BBC

The Scarborough paper's lead is about the Schoolkids protests. Good to see it! It has been infuriating listening to BBC radio for news of the demonstrations that took place yesterday all over the country. On Five Live last night they had an item about Blair's forthcoming MTV grilling- asking the question "what sort of thing are kids likely to ask him?" What Five Live omitted to mention at all was that earlier in the day kids from all over the country had already made it perfectly clear how they feel. In other times a countrywide strike by schoolchildren would be headline news everywhere, not just courtesy of our friends in Scarborough.

pupils stage anti-war demo

PUPILS from Scarborough schools walked out today to protest at the plans for a war with Iraq.

More than 50 youngsters, some still in their school uniforms,
skipped lessons to meet outside the Brunswick Shopping Centre.

They chanted anti-war slogans, waved banners and encouraged shoppers to sign a petition.

During the protest the students clashed with an 80-year-old Second World War veteran who was shouted at and verbally abused.

Edward Buchannan, of Scarborough, was trying to explain what was happening with the Iraq situation.

He said: "Most of them just haven't got a clue what it is really about."

Sixteen-year-old Laurie McCauley, who attends Raincliffe School and was one of the organisers, said: "You don't have to understand the politics to know that war and killing is wrong.

"I am a member of the Scarborough branch of the Stop the War Coalition and I'm determined to make Tony Blair sit up and take notice."

The Scarborough branch of the Stop the War Coalition had planned to stage a protest march in the town this afternoon but some students from local schools decided to stage their own demonstration from 10.30am.

The coalition's 1pm demonstration was expected to attract more than 500 people.

Students from some Scarborough schools who attempted to walk out soon after registration today were prevented from leaving by teachers and caretakers, but some got out.

A Scalby School spokesman said those who had joined the protest were not authorised to leave the school to take part in the march.

The spokesman said: "We could not let them leave. It was totally irresponsible. If they want to march they can do it on a Saturday."
