Khalid Sheik Mohammed: Cock-up or Psy-Op?

Repostman | 03.03.2003 11:20

The capture (and implicit torture) of the supposed "mastermind" of 9-11 is on the front pages of the world's newspapers. But KSM was reported dead on September 11, 2002, and now both Pakistan and the US claim to hold someone answering to that name? Is this a cock-up (wrong man) or psy-op (wrong man?)

October 30, 2002: Asia Times reports at:
 http://www.atimes.com/atimes/South_Asia/DJ30Df01.html
that:
Khalid Shaikh mohammed was KILLED during an FBI sponsored raid on his apartment on september 11, 2002. the article notes:

"News of the death of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed was intentionally suppressed so that officials could play on the power of his name to follow up leads and contacts."

"SEPT 11 ARREST CONFUSION

NOW: both Pakistan and America say they have custody of suspected September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Top al Qaeda operative Mohammed was arrested in a joint operation by CIA and Pakistan agents.

American authorities claim to have taken Mohammed out of Pakistan to an undisclosed location - while Pakistan's interior minister says they still have custody of him."

WHO DO THEY REALLY HAVE IN CUSTODY?

(given the American record in 'investigation', most recently with poor Mr Bond in South Africa, anything is possible from these keystone kops)
