Despite 2 million marching against the war, the  warmongers continue to plan in private. On 10-11 March they will attend
a conference Planning for Defence in the 21st Century. The conference will be held under 'Chatham House rules', which
brings together dictators & 'democrats', academics & arms manufacturers, generals & buisness people for 'off the record'
discussions.

It is organised with Janes Defence Weekly, the main shop window for weapons of mass distruction. Star turn is Geoff
(Buffoon) Hoon, Secretary of State for Bombing Iraq.


DISRUPT THEIR CONFERENCE

The conference is subtitled Opportunities & Constraints. No doubt they are rubbing their hands at the opportunities for
arms sales and exploiting workers in Iraq under a new dictatorship. We - the vast majority of the world's population with no
interest in war - are the constraints.
