Importance of Individual Leadership

What happens if we reject individual leadership? It takes a lot of confidence and courage to accept the leadership of our own existence. Why should we think about our choices when there are capable leaders who will tell us exactly what to do? Why struggle to define our own identity if there is a calculated plan or ideal image we can pursue?
What type of leaders would do anything to influence or gain control of our choices? Dominators want fear and war to be a major part of our lives. If we exist in fear, we will never have confidence in our ability to make choices. Dominators hope we will never have the confidence to determine our own identity. Dominators use fear to place their yoke upon the course of humanity.
If we allow someone else to make our choices, we also allow someone else to decide between the means of peace and war. Should we close our minds to the possibility that we are being led down a path of destruction? Do we really want to support means of war within a community of life?
What choices will we make and what choices will be made for us if some of our leaders are dominators engaged in a war of all against all? Do our leaders even consider the benefits of a peaceful existence? Should we allow dominators to guide the choices we make on a daily basis? Are we still on the same team? We always have been.
If leaders are concerned only with domination, then the spirit and benefits of peace are destroyed. Dominators are addicted to a war of all against all where only temporary victory is available and destruction is guaranteed. They want us to enable their means.

Mixed Up and COnfused- But searching?
Tell me what kind of world you want and how long you want to take to get there and I can tell you how to get there.
Oh and for all you self brainwashed anarchists out there: all anarchists in the past believed that the duty of revolutionary anarchists was to create lots of propaganda, to debate and help the people to formulate a plan - a view of the new world they were trying to create. No one has ever been against leaders or rules - just rulers. Leaders should not be imposed upon groups but should arise from hard work and skills. We all want a world without leaders, without rulers and with few enforced rules - but the goal is not the tactic - we need a plan (community socialism) and we need leaders to promote the plan and lead us into action - of course the plan is designed to make the leaders obsolete upon its adoption! Think, plan, act...
