these files are currently Real Media Format,
though we think we are going to change them to another format. We have got the best quality for the smallest file size so far, though we don't much like Real Player (it keeps talking to its own networks EVEN THOUGH the file has been downloaded & EVEN THOUGH we have asked it not to!!!

Any advice would be appreciated :)
