In every federal office in the US by order hangs a picture of George W. Bush. But now we have been advised that a mystery is developing. The bureaucrats have been ordered to place a picture of Richard Cheney on the wall next to Bush.

Where did this order come from? Who got the order to manufacture all these pictures of Cheney? And is someone trying to alert the public that Bush is about to be replaced under the twenty fifth amendment which provides for the removal of the President if he is unable to fulfill the duties of his office for physical or mental disability?
