New step in the war against "piracy"

After the courtcases against Peer-to-peer programs (programs of exchange of audio files, after "uncopyable" cd's, majors are trying to putt the pressure on all the companies, because people are surfing and downloading from their work.

The recording industry directed its anti-piracy campaign at large companies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia today yesterday, warning them that employees are illegally downloading music on company time.
The IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), the global lobby of the major music labels, said it had begun sending brochures to thousands of companies spelling out the legal and technological dangers of giving employees access to online file-sharing networks.
