I have heard of NO arrests that took place or police violence here in Phila. what did occur as in many towns world wide was some great drumming and music and a couple of stirring speeches recorded here. The entire mp3 is 45+ minutes long, containing some great musical highlights and a stirring speech by an American Muslim woman of African descent that was compelling to hear and was very well recieved by the crowd. Enjoy it and download for free if you like. here to sh@re.

Philadelphia has a unique connection to England. Several of the small boroughs surrpounding the main town are named after towns in England f.y.i. This is some pretty spooky music in places, with fifty+ drummers and hanters, their voices sometimes echoing spoookily off the skyscraper wals of center city. In addition, the papers that ratified the currently under suspect internationally United States Constitution were signed here in Philadelphia.

This year protestors of many walks of life gathered, including groups that have been at odds in the past such as communists and anarchists, quaker groups and at least one vocal grouo of Iraqis who were anti Hussein. most of this is caught on this tape. the quality is fair to good. why not listen.
