Preparing for saturdays demo

RRR | 12.02.2003 12:07

There'll be around a million people on the street, the UK has seen nothing like this before. Come prepared...

Don't forget the essentials, food and WATER.

Be expressive.. banners, placards and PAINT.
(want ideas? see  http://uk.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=53351&group=webcast)

Be noisy.. whistles, drums, horns, PA systems.

Be supported... it'll be hard if not impossible to met up with people on the march so bring your friends with you
and stay together.

Be aware... bring a portable AM/FM RADIO
so you can find out whats going on.

Nuff said,

have fun

FM where please?

To which station(s) should one tune?

Be prepared for more tube station closures, transport chaos, possible roadblocks in view of recent threats.

Arrive and get ready earlier.

Cheers

A good place to start perhaps would be Resonance FM ( http://www.resonancefm.com/)

They will be doing a live link up with the demo from 12pm till 1pm and somthing similar from 7pm till 11:30 (including live link to New York demo)
(see listing on  http://rad.spc.org/lmc/reso/listings/20030215.html)

But who knows whatelse there might be to listen to on the day.
