Storming of US embassy

I've heard that on the 15th in London there will be a lot of people converging on the US embassy in Grosvenor square. A brilliant idea-better than acting like sheep and marching from A to B to hear some boring speeches we've all heard before. It's time for direct action. If people around the world see/hear about this perhaps they'll do the same. It's time to get rid of these representitives of the most fucking evil empire on earth.
I think the meeting time's 3pm-can anyone confirm and pass the word on.

Back in the early days of DAAWN, we tried to hold a mini-demonstration outside the US embassy on the same day as a CND rally. We also discussed our plans openly on Indymedia, since we didn't actually plan to do anything illegal. However, the name "Direct Action Against the War Now" seemed to worry the pigs enough for them to shut down the whole of Grosvenor Square (including the park inside) for the entire day. I suspect they will do the same on the 15th. You don't even have to turn up to cause disruption - you just have to threaten to turn up and the cops will panic. Luckily for us, the police are easily alarmed and distressed.
