Last week Christian Aid reported malnutrition in the illegally occupied territories as bad as that in Zimbabwe. Responsibility was placed on the Israeli occupation. At the weekend it was prohibited flachette tank shells used on children. Now the Israeli's are burying the Palestinians alive.

While carrying out its policy of collective reprisals, banned under international law, Israel this week killed a 65 year old Palestinian woman by destroying her house while she was still inside. The house, in Gaza Strip, was one of dozens destroyed by the IDF in recent months.

It was chosen for destruction because it was the family home of Baha Saeed, a Palestinian militant who was killed in 2000.

This is a war crime and an outrage and compounds the catalogue of grave breaches of international law by Israel.
