US militarism and imperialism 1776 to present

American "Peace" | 27.01.2003 21:54

The American "Peace" project -  http://americanpeace.eccmei.net/ - is an online resource detailing American imperialism and militarism from 1776 to present. The emphasis is on both international interventions/conflicts as well as domestic oppression (strike breaking, racial suppression, genocide of the Indians, &c). Although there is a LOT more to go, there is enough information on the site currently to make it presentable.

Since 1776?

Really since 1776, well I didn't even think that the good ole' US of a had been going that long, nevermind interferring in other countries, imposing their will etc by bombing innocent people.

It makes my list of American Interventions look out of date, I only managed to track 'em back to 1898!
