On October 31st we gave you a taste of real direct action such as a lobby of Parliament, Student Occupations of college rooms (which college authorities were happy to allow). And even most exiting of all the odd sit down protest (though just for 5 minutes mind)! We think that really scared the shit out of Blair and will help to stop the war in its tracks!
On February 15 we are going to lead you on a peacefull march from the Embankment to Hyde Park where you will listen to several important radical apeaker such as Ken Livingstone (he's really radical) and MP George Galloway among many others. On the way we will march past Downing Street where we will shout "No War". We that that this day of action will definitly help to stop the war in its tracks and hope everyone will then go home on their coaches feeling satisfied at have carried out an effective anti-war action.
WAKE UP!!! WE CANT LEAVE THE ANTI-WAR MOVEMENT TO IDIOTS LIKE THE SWPS STOP THE WAR COALITION WHO UNDER THE NAME GLOBALISE RESISTANCE HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO DESTROY THE ANTI-CAPITALIST MOVEMENT!

Disobedience also have something about an autonomous space at HYde Park...
That not good enough for you? Organise something else. It isn't difficult to have a sit in in front of Downing Street. Just walk past the police and sit down!
So stop moaning and do something!

A sit down protest outside Downing street will cause fuck all disruption! I have suggested a mass blockade of Oxford Street several times on these boards.
By the way be careful on the sitdown protest at Piccadilly Circus the police might try to pen everyone under a section 60 order like they did on Mayday 2001. Maybe everyone should just sit down for a short while they get on the move in a similar way to the Mayday in Mayfair action last year which was like a critical mass without the bikes.
By the way Disobedience is another name for Reclaim the Streets who put on some great actions in the 90s such as the Liverpool Dockers Carnival in Trafalgar Square and the J18 day of action in June 1999 but who themselves seem tohave stagnated a bit aswell and are now only slightly more radical than the Stop The War Coalition.
