Anti war motion for the unions

Below you will find an Anti war motion that's doing the rounds here in Ireland and has been received very well so far. If you haven't come across a motion like this so far we would very strong urge you to ask that your union pass this motion ASAP as a matter of grave urgency!
"That this branch/ADC is opposed to a US led attack on Iraq. We oppose the dictatorship of Saddam Hussein but believe that regime change is a task for the Iraqi people and not the US or UN . This branch/ADC agrees to:
(1) Publicly oppose the policy of the Irish Government of giving US warplanes access to Shannon to conduct a war on the people on Iraq.
(2) Support the DONT ATTACK IRAQ US MILITARY OUT OF SHANNON national demonstration in Dublin on 15 February.
(3) Affiliate to the Irish Anti War Movement and to publicise and support their events.
(4) Have our union banner present at all future Irish Anti War Movement events starting with the national demonstration in Dublin on 15 February."
