Palestinians refuse to sign agreement not to target Israeli woman and children in Israel.

I just saw this on the Jerusalem Post, there having all these Palestinian terrorist organizations including the PLO meet in Egypt. The so called objective was to get them to stop terrorist atrocities against Israeli civilians. The Palestinians refused to sign an agreement not to target Israeli woman and children in Israel. Can you imagine that, these murderous Palestinians wont sign an agreement not to target Israeli civilians in Israel. The answer is very simple. Islam is a religion of genocide.

Several Palestinian officials from different groups have already arrived in Cairo for the conference. PA officials said the conference was expected to end in failure after most of the Palestinian groups announced that they would not halt their attacks against civilians inside Israel.

You have conveniantly conflated Palestinians, Islam and terrorism. But you've forgotten that not all Palestinians are Muslims and that the jihadic groups are not supported by all Palestinian Muslims. In fact, Hamas, the Islamic Jihad and the PFLP have never sought a mandate among the Palestinians for their policies. Rather, they murder those Palestinians who challenge their monopoly of the struggle against occupation, claiming they are Israeli spies.

It is true that the jihadis are cruel gangsters, but they do not represent all Palestinians and to say so is racist.

Perhaps the palestinians feel they would need a reciprocal agreement from the Israeli military to stop firing hightech weapons into civilian areas from the safety of their tanks and aircraft. These civilian areas contain women and children too.

As for the words you quote from an extremist madman, I could match them anytime with words from Zionist extremists.

Grow up. The world is watching. Everyone with half a brain knows what atrocities , war crimes, and Crimes against Humanity the Israeli state (not the jews) is committing.
