A regional demonstration is planned in Yorkshire (18th?), and a weekend of protest and civil disobedience in London at the Northwood Military Base.
In the UK we are building a massive National Demo in London. We plan to twin London boroughs with regions of England and Wales coming down to demonstrate on 15 Feb. London groups should organise Valentine's Day events for the afternoon/evening of Friday 14 Feb and organise overnight accomodation (community centres, mosques, church halls or front rooms) for people wishing to come down on the Friday.

Netherlands organizations announced a protest in Leiden on Jan. 18 to commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King with a demonstration for peace, civil rights and anti racism. There will also be actions in Rotterdam, and at Volkel military air base in the south. There, peace inspectors will look for weapons of mass destruction--U.S. nuclear warheads are reportedly hidden there.
