Anyone think this is totally outrageous and should be appealed with regards to the right to privacy under human rights legislation? At the end of the day, surely one can have what he wants on his property... only if its potentially dangerous to people using a right of way through a persons property should such a path be kept clear... eg over land. But when its a mans garden... surely no matter how much random crap he collects, it should be his entitlement?!?!?!??
opinions please.
