The experimental experience in Florence, the extraordinary days in Cosenza and Copenhagen initiatives during the EU summit were GLOBALPROJECT first steps into a new way of practising and thinking information, images, audio excursions, styles and conflicts. Global is a great new tv, radio and magazine communicative project and will broadcast live during new year’s eve from both Termini Imerese (Sicily) and Mexico.

Global TV, the disobedient tv, shall broadcast from the closing Termini Imerese FIAT branch and from Monterrey (Mexico) where the 9th Zapatist anniversary is to be held.
GlobalTv is on satellite: Frequencies 11,178 - Polarizazion horizontal - Symbol rate 27500 - Fec ¾.
Nomad GlobalTv reached Sicily and Mexico in order to launch its signal. Two days, 13 hours to give voice to workers, to tell unemployers stories and to show their view on “Fiat’s decay”. From Monterrey (Mexico), GlobalTv will broadcast live the 9th Zapatist anniversary.
Global and local (glocal) struggles, the two ‘faces’ of the same issue. The fight for human dignity meets Chiapas natives and Arese, Cassino, Termini Imerese, Mirafiori workers and their families and communities as well. GlobalTv videos are to be linked at: www.altremappe.org.

GlobalRadio will broadcast December 31 2002 and January 1 2003 from Termini Imerese and Mexico. GlobalRadio will repeat GlobalTv audio starting off at 6.00 p.m.. Then, from 01.30 a.m. on GlobalRadio will go trhough 2002 disobedience via specials in Italian and English. GlobalRadio will be in Chiapas next to Zapatist brothers and sisters, in Palestine following last april and today’s caravans. It will then come back to Europe and it will be in Copenhagen disobeying the EU summit. GlobalRadio will pass trhough freedom of movement fights against detention centres. January 1 2003 the Sherwood Comunicazione special "No Logo- Empire" will be on air. Some speeches, held at SherwoodFestival public meeting, were chosen: Toni Negri, Luca Casarini, Gianfranco Bettin, Giorgio Cremaschi, MariaRosa Dalla Costa e Alfonso Gianni.

GlobalProject aims to practise social conflict producing communication and new imaginaries via new languages. GlobalProject gives voice to the ones who have no voice, to those whose fights find little or no room in media but never stopped fighting for a better future. Only when a struggle is dropped, humanity loses.
