Flats in Sylvester Road, E8 have been under siege by armed police units since yesterday morning. A policeman stated the cause of the incident was related to a car that had been involved in another incident being marked out for clamping. The owner/driver had 'freaked out' maybe with a gun, maybe not. The perpetrator is now holed up in flats armed police training rifles on the building.
