Dear Ms Thew,
Your reference: TO06820/BC
Thank you for your letter dated December 18 2002.
Please note that in my discussions with people at the UK Department of Social Security, and for reasons which I feel should be obvious to all reasonable people, I have throughout made it absolutely clear that I have no wish whatsoever to find work in the UK: unless I can first find a human-rights lawyer who is willing to help me with my
growing legal difficulties - which I already pointed out to the DSS at length, and in detail.
Though I have reiterated the point made in the paragraph immediately above many times, and in many ways, with a number of different people connected with the DSS, it seems to me that it has never (to date) registered properly with any of them – certainly not in the way which I hoped it might.
Consequently, and with feelings of frustration and desperation, I decided to write to Prime Minister Blair on December 21 2002 regarding my general situation.
A copy of the text of my letter dated December 21 2002 to Prime Minister Blair has been placed at the following www page address:

I believe it may help – in a number of ways – if you and your colleagues connected with the Department of Social Security could please take careful note of the contents of the above Internet page.
Sincerely,
Mr William Finnerty.
