Fences and site levelling at Lancaster uni expansion

Site levelling has started and fences have now been put up around the Lancaster University expansion area.
A follow up to the several postings made in the summer.
Site levelling and top soil removal has begun in the first phase area of the Lancaster University expansion. A six foot high chain link fence has been put round the whole area and Jarvis signs are now also in evidence.
