One such unemployable American patriot has filed a claim for Social Security Disability benefits forcing the issue of the Patriot Act into court.

Prohibition of the very ordinary and natural act of terrorism has left thousands unemployed and the rest of America living a life of denial and paranoia. Uncertainty continues to influence Wall Street as investors wonder when the Department of Homeland Security will realize that every U.S. citizen is a terrorist! The tourism industry continues to suffer as a result of the high unemployment rate of foreign civil servants who insulted George W. Bush!

Will other terrorists file a claim? Will Henry Kissenger file a claim? Will Trent Lott file a claim? Can America walk like Venezuela?

Information provided by the claimant include the following statements which were given to the Social Security Administration.

I am appealing the decision concerning my claim for Social Security Disability based on the following information.

I am disabled because I am legally prevented from working or living due to the Patriot Act.

I did not respond to previous requests for information concerning physical and emotional problems because these problems don't exist. My mental health and criminal records are, however, documented evidence of the state of my mental health and my attempt to comply with new laws concerning terrorists.

Shortly after 911, (Sept. 11th, 2001) attorney general John Ashcroft made a public announcement related to the War on Terrorism and the Patiot Act. This announcement and many others made by the government clearly stated that it was illegal to not agree with President George W. Bush or to even think about opposing his new totalitarian government, and that violators would not be allowed due process of the law. These acts of terrorism, perpetrated by the Bush administration, against the people of the United States has left me permanently unemployable. I became unemployed due to a crime wave in the energy trading business directly related to George W. Bush, Enron, J. P. Morgan and other major players in what has come to be known as the California Energy Crisis and the Enron scandal.

I am unemployable because I am a terrorist. (for more details see the statement below "Peaceful Unarmed Terrorist for Jesus") Any one who sympathizes with the victims of U.S. terrorism is considered a criminal by virtue of these shocking attacks on our constitution and our legal system. In an effort to comply with these new laws I called 911 and turned myself in. I was observed at a psychiatric clinic at which time I explained my position to a doctor who concluded that I was not seriously mentally ill.

Upon my release and after months of abuse by the government, I was eventually accused of alchohol intoxication in Harris County. When I refused to plead guilty I was tortured and extorted by the local police.

I was released from jail only to be involuntarily confined to Harris County Pshychiatric Clinic. Again I was not found to be seriously mentally ill.

The Social Security Administration has twice determined that I am not seriously mentally ill.

The Patriot Act and the War on Terrorism prevents me from legally existing on earth. Simply stated, you are with George W. Bush or you are a terrorist. I absolutely refuse to collude with George W. Bush, therefore according to the president I will not be allowed to have a safe place to sleep or be able to do business anywhere in the universe.

I am in fact 100% disabled by law due to facism and dereliction of duty by the president of the United States.

Please reconsider my claim for Social Security Disability.

"I am a Peaceful Unarmed Terrorist for Jesus."

As a matter of fact I have never met a human being that isn't guilty of terrorism to a certain extent. Even the animal kingdom uses terrorism, a barking dog for instance, is using terrorism in self defense. Most animals use terrorism rather than killing to defend themselves from threatening invaders.

The eternal War on Terrorism being waged against the world is, among other things, a war against thoughts. The government contends that an idea can be a crime. They intend to stop crime before it has been committed by exterminating any one who does not lick their nazi boots.

The Bush administration ironically uses the term "intelligence" to describe secret information. The government contends that they must use secret information to prove people criminals, and keep the evidence a secret. This is clearly an attack on humanty and intelligence itself.

God is a terrorist. For more information refer to the Old Testament of the Bible. George W. Bush has declared war on God. You are either with George W. Bush or you are a terrorist. That makes me a terrorist, peaceful, unarmed, and in harmony with Jesus.
