AZT, not HIV, causes AIDS.

AZT (Retrovir) is officially defined as a drug for "symptomatic HIV infection". Its label states it is for the "management of certain patients with serious manifestations in infections caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)." Therefore it is crucial to know whether or not HIV really is the cause of AIDS, or whether HIV infection is even harmful. According to Duesberg, HIV is a benign passenger virus, and HIV "infection" is nonpathogenic. If so, prescribing a poisonous drug to attack a harmless virus would be utter madness.

stop throwing stones and shit mr commentators or do you work for pharmaceutical companies. what studies have you actually read on that supposed wonder drug AZT -- you know the old chemotherapy drug that had been shelved because it was too toxic.

AZT was developed to counteract the effects of AIDS, while I'm totally aware that the drug is highly controversial (and some say ineffective) it is absoultely ridiculous to say this "it causes AIDS", why are hundreds of millions in Africa and the Third World dying of the disease - BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING DENIED THESE VERY DURGS!!! It's YOU who needs to get your facts right, before you go and post your baloney!
