I can´t believe that such blatant Nazi propoganda is allowed on Indymedia. This is a blatant abuse of the right of free speech. Such stereotypical and anti-Semitic rubbish is disgusting.The more I see this sort of stuff the more I appreciate the need to support Israel against this new wave of anti-Semitism. Solidarity with the victims of Anti- Semitism. Solidarity with Israel. Nazi scum your time will come.

There is a distinct differance between antizionism and antisemitism. There are many people that beleive that the state of israel as an unacceptable level of influence on US foreign policy but who do not hate jews per se. This post was clearly villifying this and suggesting oil and those that wish to profit from its trade, are the problem. It wasnt suggesting jews per se are evil.

It's the way these cartoons look like something from early C20th Punch magazine that make them *seem* anti-semitic.

I get the difference between Judaism and Zionism but it's a bit too subtle to be explained to some bone-head in the street.

And even if we're all grown-ups here, the cartoons are piss-poor clumsy anyway.

However, this is Indymedia where we really do have time to discuss stuff without just shouting so I guess there's not such a big problem with these pics being posted - same probably not true for whichever talent-poor journal published them in hard-copy.
