the weekend after next sees sydney hosting the WTO meeting will anything be happening here

the weekend after next sees sydney hosting the WTO meeting, protests are expected there, will anything be happening on the british streets in solidarity with those in sydney?

its nearly 3 years since seattle, how have things changed? what more can be done?

Action Dates

the meetings are on thursday 14th and friday 15th november.
On thursday there will be a 'disrupt the city' action in Sydney's CBD. As well as a unity rally with more reformist/liberal types.
On friday, people are converging at a Novotel Hotel at the Olympic Park (where the 2000 olympics were held). This is where the WTO meetings are being held. There are special repressive laws enacted especially for this area (they were made for the olympics).
