Investigatory Powers Tribunal

Anthony Mc Goff | 04.11.2002 10:32

The Investigatory Powers Tribunal has failed in it's duty to properly investigate my complaints about NCIS and others.

David Payne (Secretary of The Investigatory Powers Tribunal) has failed to properly investigate my complaints against NCIS,The Meteopolitian police and The Home Office.

He concluded the investigation and ruled against me before I had submitted all my evidence.

This followed a sham cover-up investigation by Chief Constable Pilkington (Avon and Somerset) into why Interpol London and Interpol Stockholm fabricated and published a criminal history of me.

Pilkington hid the results of that flawed investigation behind a "Public Interest Immunity Order".

I have asked Chief Superintendent Anders Thornberg of The National Police Board in Stockholm to investigate the Swedish end of the matter.

The Swedish end saw Prime Minister Palme murdered before he could implement all the reforms he intended as a result of Interpol's criminal actions.

Sweden was found guilty at The European Court of Human Rights in an action related to this matter.( Mc Goff v Sweden).
