Often junk mail has a return prepaid envelope. Stuff it with adverising bumph, and write the message of your choice all over it. The P.O. will have to deliver it to the address, thus publicising your message to sorters, delivery workers, secretarial staff, etc. As many of the sources are American banks etc, they pay for this service. I'd never suggest that you actively go looking for prepaid envelopes in bank branchs, etc. That could end up costing Amex etc a lot of money.
