It is reported this morning (27:10:02) in "La Nazione" the ultra conservative right wing local / national newspaper printed in florence. That the Italian army will be deployed along side the various police forces during the ESF
Antonio Martini, the Minister of Defence is quoted as saying that "there is no doubt that the government will do everything possible to gaurentee the safty and security of the citizens of Florence as well as the monuments and other valuable bits an bobs, Therefore troops will be deployed alongside the cops .
He didn't say wether they would be using Israeli crowd control tactix involving Tanks and F16's.
