Strength of Anti-War feeling brilliant: ideas for 31st

Having created a small (A6) flier about the Halloween protests and other anti-war ideas, I've been leafletting local high street shops today and about 90% were happy to put them on their counters - great to know so many people are against this war.
I created a two sided small flier (four to an A4 sheet) in Word. And printed out about 200 (50 sheets). As I'm in London the fliers promoted the Parliament Square rally at 5.30, but also gave indymedia and stopwar contact details to find out about local activities. It also mentions that some people are writing anti-war slogans on bank notes, and it also states that it is independently produced and that anyone can do this and help promote the day.
I went up and down my local High Street and targetted all the reasonably high traffic shops that had any counter space, asking them whether they'd mind me leaving a few on the counter. The response was truly brilliant, and out of about thirty shops, only three refused, and most were very pleased and willing to display them prominently. I was delighted and really uplifted by the amazing level of response and I urge you all to go out and do similar things in your own ways.
I suggest everyone with an hour or two to spare does the same thing in their local area, promoting their local activities for the 31st
I've also got window "stickers" on my car promoting the day of action - travelling advertising!
Parliament Square will be rammed - we can make this huge - I hope many other UK cities will have major demos likewise.
Peace peace peace.
