The point that 11th of september meant more than just anniversary of a terrorist event in NYC.
The first terrorist event of such scale on the US mainland.
simultanous attack on Pentagon, White House and Twin Towers World Trade Centre.

it was the anniversary of Pinochet´s coup d´etat against a democratically elected government.
