Call for more organised, guerrilla activities in the UK

D | 03.10.2002 12:32

The Greek anarchists should be praised for their tactical decision on a recent demonstration, organised by the Committee Against State Terrorism, not to use violence on public demonstrations.

Anarchists in the UK should adopt this line, reserving violence for direct action outside demonstrations. A guerrilla approach is needed, instead of the futile and random window smashing that helps the state target activists through surveillance. The time has come for covert tactical organisation to out-wit the state while causing more economic damage than broken windows. Where are the insurrectionists in the UK and how do we organise? Certainly, we can't post our names on the internet. How and where do we network?
