The CEO of the new IT outsourcing intermediary Sub Continent Development Ltd defends their tactics for brokering IT jobs to India and the sub continent.

The CEO of the new IT and Telecoms services outsourcing intermediary Sub Continent Development Ltd has defended his companies policy, and business effics, surrounding a major outsourcing campaign to India and other 3rd world countries.

Sub Continent Development have been established to provide the Asian market place with rich rewards within the service industry, this is acheived by enabling companies with footholds within the UK to outsource their service hubs within the market place at far cheaper costs, preserving much needed revenue.

Matthew Hardy has long been associated with the British and Indian governments, a history that goes back some 17 years. This association has enabled Mr Hardy to generate what is now deemed a very profitable business, however, the knock-on effect is the rapid demise of IT services and IT development within the UK.

Mr Hardy said, "Businesses within the IT industry in the UK are currently suffering huge losses, which in turn will mean the sheeding of many staff. We at Sub Continent Development are simply establishing a means to which these failing companies can regain market share and grow their businesses within profitable margins again".

We asked Mr Hardy what else was seen as the main contribution to the IT slump in the UK, Mr Hardy replied, "Well, you have to look closer to home for this, the current government have introduced Taxation laws that were designed to stunt certain growth industries in the UK, i.e. IT. This has been acheived by IR35 and other stealth taxes, including the increase in company national insurance premiums to 1% on each and every employee. This will more than criple the ailing sector within the next 12 months when introduced in April 2003. I am simply trying to preserve, where possible UK interest within the IT sector, all be it overseas".
