But you'll notice, they were not riot cops, equipt with "non-lethal" weapons and they did not instigate trouble, they appeared weary, almost sympathetic. However, if this half-a-million strong demo had stormed Parliament, or better still, that Bastion of Plutocracy, the House of Lords and dragged these phoney aristocrats out, to make them answer for stiffing the World, for generations, this would be a very different picture.

400,000 people and not a bollock amongst them.

Asking Tony Blair politely, not to go to war, will not work!

I totaly agree with Anarchist. Don't be fooled by the cops' polite and friendly image. They where like that in the Mayday protest till they changed into riot gear and started chacing us. Don't trust the pigs. Attack before they do!!

i was at the demo on sat, it was incredible. At one point we passed a couple of cops on horses, one of them was muttering "we're doomed! we're doomed!" heh! heh!
