L.A. IMC reports that the CEOs of the Pacific Maritime Association stormed out of negotiations with the International Longshore and Warehousemen Union and instigated a lockout of the dockworkers-blaming the union for a non-existent "slowdown".

Dockworkers world-wide should walkout in support and solidarity with the western North American longshoremen if Shrub Bush deploys U.S. military scabs at the ports!
