The peace camp at the Imperial museum is entering its second night.

Discussions with the police have successful. After initially giving the camp its marching orders (they were told to be out by 4.30pm this afternoon) the metropolitan police have said the camp is not their concern and have stated that it is a civil matter between the camp and Lambeth Council.

So long as "no loud music is played" nor the inhabitiants of the area obstructed, there shouldn't be any problems. As such the people in the camp are asking for people to join them and show support.

People are asked to bring tents, sleeping bags, food, banners and cooking equipment.
