its that 23% "yes with UN backing" thats the problem here. frankly, anyone who has witnessed the UN at first hand or studied its history will be quite so keen to hide behind it. so what if the movement forces a vote, either in the GA or the SC ? The USA will just engage in a bit more sledgehammer diplomacy until it gets the right result. To hell with UN !
