Israeli security forces have shot dead four Palestinian protesters and wounded scores of others during widespread protests against the Israeli siege of Yasser Arafat's compound in Ramallah.

The Israeli Army has also reportedly cut off the electricity, water and telephone lines to Mr. Arafat's office, where he has been besieged for three days.

Peter Cave reports, the Israelis say they'll keep Mr. Arafat locked up until he leaves the region or the zionazis decide to murder him.
Through out the night the zionazi terror work continued with earthmovers knocking down the walls of the building where Mr Arafat remains defiant. In a statement faxed to news agencies Mr. Arafat said, "we are ready for peace but not capitulation and we will not give up Jerusalem or a grain of our soil." In the city of Ramallah and other towns across the west bank demonstrators defied the curfew and Israeli bullets throwing stones at Israeli soldiers as they protested in support of Mr Arafat. Two died in Ramallah, another in the Balata refugee camp near Nablus and another in Tulkarem, scores were injured
