Iraq's address to the UN

The ball is George Warmonger Bush's court...

"Iraq is free of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons" the country's foreign minister said in a speech today, which included excerpts of a letter from President Saddam Hussein, which reminded the UN that 1,000,700 innocent civilians have died due to depleted uranium and 12 years of sanctions.

"Our country is ready to receive any scientific experts accompanied by politicians you choose to represent your countries to tell us which places and scientific installations they would wish to see," Naji Sabri said, quoting Saddam.

"I hereby declare before you that Iraq is clear of all nuclear, chemical and biological weapons," Mr Sabri said, further quoting Saddam, and that weapons inspectors admitted they exceeded their required duty, by spying.

The speech criticised the United States and President Bush for trying to link Iraq in some way to the September 11th attacks and deceive the American people into believing that Iraq poses a threat to the US or world peace, to draw them into another war.

The Iraqi President charged that "the American propaganda machine, along with official statements of lies, distortion and falsehood" was being used for "inciting the American public against Iraq, and pushing them to accept the US administration's schemes of aggression as a fait accompli."

He called on the United Nations to help protect Iraq's sovereignty in the face of possible US military action and he charged that the United States was working in the interests of the Zionist entity, seeking world domination and control of the Middle Eastern oil supplies.

Unlike Israel, Iraq has conceded to the demands made by the UN, that was the condition, so there is now no need for military action. Bring the troops already sent, back home, or incur the wrath of the civilized world.
