you should first condemn the unions at the TUC for failing to speak up against Blair's speech this week. With the fate of the world in the balance, they dared to play church- mice. Useless. Condamnable silence !
The majority of the TUC delegates voted to condemn the war. It was only when the Blairites used their old friend the block vote that this condemnation of the war was slightly watered down.
Well done to activists in Hackney for organising a meeting against the war. We should be organising meetings like this all over the country rather than sniping from the sidelines.
