Dear Colin, How do you have the gall to stand on a podium before the International Community and bleat about, hunger, disease, death, environmental damage and poverty, when your Administration causes it every day in Afghanistan and Iraq and where war fails, the IMF finishes the job, like in South America?

How can you feign concern about AIDS, which is crippling Africa, while pharmaceuticals are profiteering from the medicine which can “allegedly” relieve symptoms? And where did this immune depressant suddenly spring from in the 1970’s? A passing comet, or from genetic material taken from a green monkey at Fort Dettrick and given to the CDC in Atlanta for distribution by the WHO, in which case it is a genetically modified, doctor-engineered virus and there must also be an antidote, which is being withheld.

Why is half the World gripped in drought, or submerged in floods and crops ruined, when it has been publicly admitted that the military was studying "ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather and climate through electronic beams to ionise and de-ionise the atmosphere" as long ago as the 1950’s? What other diabolical, life-threatening applications does the rogue HAARP have?

We have all seen the hectic ‘cloud-seeding’ programme with daily chemtrail spraying, so why are stricken regions not enjoying the benefits of weather-modification? The US could make the desert bloom and then they would not need to blackmail Africa and Asia with GM food or death, the only alternative, so that the bio-tech industry may profit immensely from people’s suffering in the Developing World.

Could it not be that you are goading Iraq into a missile attack on Israel to provoke a nuclear response from Ariel Sharon, who’s given his country a deadline for readiness, November 1st and simultaneously announced a political arrangement with Palestine, to allow the focus to return to Saddam Hussein? Is Hussein really a threat to civilization and World peace, because he is not a nice man and trying to develop nuclear weapons, which he may decide to use one day, if he ever acquires them?

China possesses them already and threatens to nuke the USA every week and is Russia, also with nuclear capability, to be trusted? South Africa is carrying out covert nuclear tests while India and Pakistan are on the brink, Korea too. Britain has not ruled out deploying nuclear weapons in first strikes on the Middle East either, but the USA has gone beyond the rule of law and is willing to utilise it’s entire arsenal anywhere, anytime which includes technology that makes nuclear weapons obsolete.
