The British anarchist movement has many resources but often we don't use them as constructively as we could. Here is a list and contact details for local independent anarchist groups.

Local independent anarchist groups have a real potential as an entry point for people attracted to anarchist ideas.
While people may be put off by travelling long distances to a conference or bookfair, a local group which meets regularly can seem less intimidating.
If you're interested in anarchist ideas but at a loss as to how to get involved then have a look at the list and contact a group close to you. If there's no group close to you then why not create your own. Put a call out on indymedia or urban75 for anyone in your area interested in getting involved.
The list is by no means complete so feel free to mail me with any other groups/contact details and I'll post them up.
Lets get organised!
