The United States government is totally enthralled by the anti-democratic zionist lobby and the greed of the oil companies. Just like the white supremacist regime of apartheid South Africa the rules of war, international law and the Geneva Convention appear not to apply to Israel, which has been expanding its borders and building illegal colonies since 1947.
Sara Lee? Not for me ....
The failure of government to act against racist South Africa led to a boycott by civilised people across the globe. This played no small part in ending apartheid. Total boycott of corporations tainted by association with the criminal regime of Ariel Sharon will help get the message across to them, and the government, that support for ethnic cleansing rogue states is completely unacceptable.
