Don't read "Bravo Russia!"

Jean's at it again! This particular posting is particularly nasty, it requests QuickTime updates and other weird shit.
Better warn you all of yet another Jean 'Heinzreport' posting (this guy doesn't give up, does he?). It can be found at:
http://uk.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=38810&group=webcast
though I strongly suggest you do not go to it until the editorial team has 'defused' it.
This is a particularly nasty one, it requested Quicktime updates and other shit. Is there any way of blocking his IP address or at least disarming these HTML postings before they reach the newswire? Only this is getting way out of hand.
Peace, love and solidarity, TJA

The most disturbing this that these Jean postings have highlighted a potentially dangerous flaw in the way HTML posts are handled on this site. Anyone can write malicious code onto here containting viruses or worms or whatever, and it can still go unnoticed, especially with the millons of security holes that Internet Explorer has. Maybe the editorial team should check any HTML, JavaScript and ActiveX that's posted on here before it gets onto the newswire, because if someone does post something on there with a virus the whole reputation of the website could be seriously damaged. This is true for all IMCs, not just the UK one.
