Ahmed was arrested at an action during the Strasbourg No Borders Camp a month ago for allegedly breaking a policeman's hand. He has been held since then in solitary confinement. His trail commences on 21 August. Because Ahmed is from a French/Moroccan background he can be expected to be treated badly by the notoriously racist French state.

For this reason we and others around Europe are holding benefits in order to build a fund to raise awareness of his case.
