It was incredibly easy – some were done infront of large numbers of people, none of whom called the police or said anything disparaging. In fact, all people’s comments were positive. A couple of cop vans even drove past without paying any attention. People should definitely do this more often – okay so it’s not going to bring the social relation of capital to its knees but it does do a lot to counter the constant media onslaught on people’s self-esteem and self-worth. And it’s great fun!

If it only takes 3 people a few hours to subvert 40-something ads, think how many could be done if more people started. So get your spray-cans and fat caps, your printouts and wallpaper paste and let’s fuck shit up!
